Manchester Airport Customer's
Customers-2nd most important stakeholder

In my opinion, the 2nd most important stakeholder is the customer. This is because the customers buy goods or services from a business that provides them with their revenue. They are important because if business has no customers then there is no point of a business running. A good business has customer that have been influential to it in a positive way. Usually because the business has reached to something their customers have said or done.

Customers of Manchester airport

There are many customers of Manchester airport such as airlines, advertisers, tour operators and car park users. Their facilities are excellent and have no local competitors with facilities as good as theirs as they have invested huge amount of money updating what they have. In Manchester Airport the customers are the different businesses that pay money to the airport to rent out space or use the facilities. There customers include the shops that are rented out to sell their products and their customers are us. However, the passengers are not direct customers to the airport. The other direct customers are listed below:

• Car park users pay money to the airport in order to keep their vehicle there for a certain amount of time. Depending on how long the customer wants to keep their vehicle there depends on the amount of money they give to Manchester airport. Also, depending on how far away their vehicle is from the airport also affects the price the customer has to pay. This is the only time that passengers become direct customers of the airport as all the other times; they are the customers of the airports customers. The passengers who use the car parks expect their vehicle to be in
