According to me, developing self-awareness, building relationship by communicating supportively, effective listening and gaining power & influence are the most meaningful skill for me
Test and hone self-knowledge for them
Before start-up, each person should know the strengths and weaknesses of what he means. To do this, it is necessary to review what we know and do not know about the management. Please check their experience and their predecessors see what is beneficial and what point to change. This will help you figure out the good and bad from the past and make use of that knowledge for yourself.
Building relationship by communicating supportively
In my group assignment case, we have a new manager who just get a promotion and he doesn’t have a good relationship with his staff . That was the problem which interrupt his task. So I think building relationship is one of the most important skill of an effective manager that I got.
Effective listening
The key to successful leadership knows how to communicate and accurate assessment of your employees. It is the most challenging part in the management of many professional when in a position to move from a location you control. When establishing a relationship with a new team, it is important to be up front and honest. In addition, the actual assessment, the ability of employees to work and talk with them
