Question 1

2NZ Enterprise lately releases a product that called as Panda’s Gadget. Panda’s Gadget is suitable to be registered under the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia which will assess whether it meets the requirements of the Patents Act 1983 because the equipment system is grouped under the Utility Innovation because it not totally a whole new invention. It was redesigned, revised-functionality and recombined system that available from the existing products. And as the final product, a collection of several components from existing products are out there. Multi-functions are designed from the existing product. Besides that, the product uses standardized and general components to be assembled into the product because we are not created and manufacture the whole new components to be assembled. As the result, we cannot use the Patent exclusive right for an innovation.

The trademark for our company is suitable to be registered under the Trademark Act 1976 because one of the elements from our company’s trademark is the logo. The logo consists of the 2NZ that designed based on our main staff. This logo is designed to make sure that our company is a registered company. The phrases of our company trademark are completely in English Language and we register that phrases to one of the elements in the phrases includes our product name, so that other competitors cannot manipulate the elements of our trademarks.

    1 The New Capitalism In the historical development of the united states its economic system has evolved from pure capitalism to mixed capitalism. During the colonial period pure capitalism. As an independent business person each cottage controlled the factors of production and took the risk of producing the products for sale at the market place.
