My Aunt Lora’s chocolate chip cookies

Have you ever had some chocolate chip cookies that you could eat the whole box? When my aunt Lora makes cookies this is how our whole family is every time, and everyone leaves with the biggest bag of cookies to go home with. Have you ever ate an entire box of cookies before? Well, if that’s you I am going to show you step wise how to make these cookies so you can eat your heart out. Today I am going to show you the process from set up, to preparation, and baking cookies with a tasty ending. To start the process of making cookies you first have to get all the supplies you need, and that would entail going out to the store and getting all the supplies.
Preparation for making cookies I would start at going to a grocery store and get all the ingredients you will need. Here is a list of ingredients you will need to make these wonderful cookies. You would need 1 stick + 7 tablespoons butter – unsalted ($ 1.07), 1/2 cup brown sugar ($1.07), ounce bag mini chocolate morsels ($ 2.49), 1 teaspoon baking soda ($.99), 1 teaspoon vanilla ($3.56), 2 eggs ($.59), 3/4 cup granulated sugar ($ .50), 1 teaspoon salt ($.50), 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour ($ .50). Prices are based on making 2 dozen cookies. The next store you will need to go is the dollar store. There you would need to get 2 to 3 bowls ($ 5.00), Mixing wooden spoon ($1.99), Cookie sheets (2) ($1.00), Measuring cup ($1.00). You will need an oven for this so if you don’t have one you could try to get with friends and family that have one, and this is a great opportunity to meet up and spend time to make cookies. The next step is to lay out all of your materials like an assembly line so you can get started baking.
Now we can start a step by step process to combine all the materials to make the cookie dough. Here are the steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 375º Fahrenheit.
2. Combine flour into a medium-sized bowl. Add the baking soda and salt. Stir together. Set this bowl aside

The one tray fully prepared with one dozen cookie dough is then placed in the pre-heated oven. The company has only one oven capable of cooking one baking tray at a time. If additional trays are prepared, they will be placed in a specified waiting area until the first tray of cookies are ready. Once the cookies are ready, the tray is removed from the oven and placed in a separate area to cool, and the next tray that is waiting to be cooked is then placed in the oven to cook. After cooling is complete, the cookies are then carefully prepared to be boxed. The first batch of 12 dozen cookies are then put in a box and placed aside to wait for the remaining cookies on the order to complete the process. The complete orders of cookie boxes are placed in an area with the order form to wait for the customer to pickup. When the…

First off, you will need to preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, shiny side up. For each S’more, break a graham cracker in half, placing one half on the lined cookie sheet. Place one soft, large marshmallow in the center of the graham cracker half. Make sure to have ready the other graham cracker half and a piece of milk chocolate bar, I ALWAYS use Hershey’s milk or dark chocolate, 3 rectangles per S’more. You want a piece of chocolate large enough to cover half the graham cracker.…

Once you have prepared your kitchen you can get started on the recipe. First pour a pound of whole pecans and a teaspoon of cinnamon into the food processor and grind them to a fine chop. If you do not own a food processor you can purchase finely chopped pecans and hand mix the cinnamon into them; however, I do recommend the food processor method because you can chop the pecans to a nearly dust-like consistency. Set the cinnamon pecan blend aside while you start to prepare your dough.…

Chocolate Chip Cookies: A highly scientific chemical reaction of butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda, salt, and, of course, chocolate chips. The buttery, toffee notes of a perfect CCC is often considered the epitome of home baking, a simple yet reminiscing experience, taking many down a trip on memory lane. However, the classic chocolate chip recipe isn’t as “cookie cutter” as the back of the Nestle Morsel bag has you believe; there is actually a plethora of chemical reactions that take place in your very own oven.…
