MAINTENANCE EXCELLENCE COURSE

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This 3-day Maintenance Management course is about MAINTENANCE EXCELLENCE, which is now the Best Way that the Maintenance Function should be managed; in accordance with the requirements of the marketplace and the environment. This means managing Maintenance with a Zero Downtime and High-Efficiency mentality, and it must be carried out with 100% quality in workmanship.
Participants will be guided through the realities of machinery failures, their causes, and the right maintenance methodologies and procedures in conducting maintenance and repair activities. Equally important, the effects of Human Factor on the success or failure of maintenance activities are discussed.
Also included is an introduction to the technology of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), with a software given free to the participants. As a bonus, we included in this vital course an introduction to the concept of the latest, and the Best in Maintenance Management Practices -- PROACTIVE MAINTENANCE.

OBJECTIVE: After this course, participants will be able to: (1) Develop a Preventive Maintenance Program from scratch. (2) Improve the existing Preventive Maintenance Program in their facilities. (3) Effectively manage the recurring maintenance problems in their facilities. (4) Prepare for advancement in Maintenance Management using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and the PROACTIVE MAINTENANCE.
