The system also can track the details of audit trails of vehicle. It can help the admin department to monitor the driver journey which can reduce the percentage of cheating while doing their work. To reduce the maintenance cost, Aliah should monitor the condition of the tankers. She should always check the tankers on regular basis so that there is no reason for the tankers to breakdown and thus save the cost of the company. Besides she can prepare the schedule for service and sent the tankers for repair. Moreover Aliah should computerize the scheduling system so that it will reduce the time taken for her to reschedule.
