“Mad Max” is a new action film that came out recently and everyone seems to be talking about it. Jay Chatterjee wrote an article called “New ‘Mad Max’ is High-Octane Feminist Action” stating his views on this film. James Sakai wrote an article called “On Fury Road, Action Is True, but Feminism Is More Talk than Walk” explain how he feels about this film. Both of these writers have different opinion about this film and it revolves around the concept of feminism. Chatterjee believes this film does a good job of portraying the concept of feminism and Sakai claims this movie comes nowhere close to feminism.
