Macbeth: A Fictional Narrative
“Just let the pheasants get bloody a bit.” “Golly, you get mouthy when you are away from home.” No she was nervous and wanted to run away. She was excited about winning Donovan. No she will not be setting that high of a goal. She was excited about getting out of her life one way or another. They walked until the sun was high, heading west. “How far to the sea?” Tizbeth asked. “Four more days, but our journey isn’t nearly as far.” Tizbeth shuffled along for a few minutes. “Have you ever seen the sea?” Syd smiled and Tizbeth thought it may have been the first genuine smiles she had seen. “Oh yes, I have made the most of my exile. Once I go home, I will never leave again.” “The all powerful queen.” “Or dead. People died in war.” …show more content…

Syd, on her feet, created a protection bubble. “Get in you fool,” she hissed at Tizbeth. “I can‘t do this without you.” Tizbeth scrabbled towards the protection, not quite making it to her feet. It didn’t matter. Before she reached safety, someone had her by the hair and a knife to her throat. “Why don’t you drop that protection spell or your friend is going to have a bad day Sofria.” The lowland elves’ accent graded on Tizbeth’s ears. She struggled as Syd glared. She felt the blade nick and black blood ooze. Syd took down the protection spell with an exasperated falling of her hands. The elf laughed and threw Tizbeth to Syd’s feet. “If you will be as kind as to dump out your bags,” a second elf ordered, bow strung. Tizbeth reached into her bag. “No…no…no. Dump it out.” Tizbeth did as she was told. The elf that had held a knife to her throat came and picked up the food and the bits of magic she carried. “And you?” the second one directed Syd. She shrugged. “You are carrying nothing.” “I need no

Mrs. Weera helped Shauzia into the refugee camp. Although some people would kill to get into there and have any sort of food and shelter, Shauzia wants more. When she asks to get paid for all of her services that she has done in the camp, Mrs. Weera denies even the thought of it. “ ‘You don’t know what it’s like out there. You’ve always been taken care of. You won’t be able to manage on your own’ ” (Ellis 19). Shauzia was furious by this accusation and made up her mind immediately. She would leave this camp and prove herself to Mrs. Weera. But when Shauzia had been delivered back to the camp after a very interesting journey alone in Peshawar, she realizes that they don’t care if she proves herself or not. To Shauzia, it seemed as though Mrs. Weera did not care enough to even pay her any attention. So Shauzia devised a plan to sneak into the locked flour shack and prove herself once again by stealing flour for her part of camp. But as she was running from the shack a man grabbed the flour out of her arms and proceeded to hit her. “He raised his arm and slammed his fist into Shauzia’s head. She dropped to the ground. Her head hit the dirt with a thud, and she watched the man run off with her flour” (Ellis 133). She woke up in a hospital bed with a broken leg and cast sometime later. All she could think about was how she had failed to keep the flour from the man.…

They had to be careful when footing because they could not even see their hands as it was so dark, taking each step with care otherwise it could be their last. The rain pummeled them against the cliff face, it made the journey even worse as they were fleeing from the Black Sould. Not even five foot from them, lightning struck the ground leaving a black patch of ash from where it disintegrated the surrounding brush, thunder split the atmosphere in two causing the unsteady rocks above to lose balance and come crashing down narrowly missing the two. Once the rocks had passed Dabbley gazed upon the mountains searching for any other loose debris, but before Dabbley could react a small stone hit him in the face forcing him to lose control of his footing, slipping on the moss coated stone.
