In The play, “Macbeth,” Macbeth kills Duncan, the King of Scotland with the help of his wife. Witches play a part in the play by foretelling that Macbeth will become king. Macbeth’s friend Banquo will have sons who will become kings. After he kills Banquo, Macbeth becomes king and tries to kill everyone who might want to take the throne away from him. The ghost of Banquo, whom he kills, haunts him at an important banquet. Killing the King was wrong, Macbeth’s wife dies and Macbeth is overthrown. Duncan’s son Malcolm then becomes King of Scotland.

Lady Macbeth- Is the one who is basically controlling and telling Macbeth what to do with his life. Macbeth doesn’t want to do the things he is doing but he wants to become king so he does it. Later on she realizes that she was doing wrong and feels guilty about herself
The Three Witches- That go against Macbeth with spells. They destroy human beings in knowing what’s going to happen or go on in the future.
Banquo- Is a brave man who has children that the witches believe will take the Scottish Throne.
King Duncan- The good king that Macbeth murders
Macduff- A Scottish nobleman hostile to Macbeths kingship from the start. He becomes leader of the crusade.
