This assignment is to be written in business report format and should be a maximum of 2,000 words in length, excluding executive summary, cover and title pages, table of contents, and references. Times New Roman, 12 point, 1.5 line spacing, standard page margins. APA (in text) referencing system. Minimum 10 references (at least five from recognised academic journals).
