On November 20, 2015, supervisor M. Ureña had an individual meeting with Mr. Sanchez to discuss his delays on e-mailing his caseload on time for his documentation to be closed and be able to meet state deadlines on his documentation. He was advised previously via e-mail, in person, and notification notices in writing regarding his unprofessional behavior and poor performance on his job duties based on The Recovery Center/Youth Recovery Center policies and procedures. Mr. Sanchez verbally and nonverbally expressed his unpleasant attitude towards supervisor in separate occasions when reviewing his poor performance and attitude towards clients and supervisor. He has expressed his negative attitude, behavior, and facial expressions towards supervisor
