Lollipops Be Banned
My essay topic is the banning of lollipops. The lollipops are banned because of one woman. Her name is Kaye Kittelty. They are banned because she gave children lollipops during the school rush. That is why they are banned.
This is a state law and Washington state passed it. The law was passed between the years 2000-2010. This law does not seem necessary because marijuana cookies are legal, but lollipops are illegal. This law effects all people. This law does not legitimately protect society. I think that this law goes way to far. This law does seek to regulate something people should be able to regulate themselves. Common sense should be the guide here because it should be common sense not to get a lollipop if they are illegal
