LOCATION STRATEGY
LOCATION STRATEGY/PROCESS STRATEGY

1. The locational factors considered in establishing the establishment.
Answer:
The preference in building an establishment should be one of the factors that an entrepreneur should be considered. As what I concretely observed in one fastfood restaurant i.e Jollibee Virac, the or its location is perfectly planned and planted. I can say that it is in perfect location because (1) it is in the vicinity of the center mall which obviously consumers always go there (2) the transportation going in the said fast food restaurant is very much accessible for everybody because it is in the center vicinity of the municipality and the last reason is that the location of Jollibee Virac is under or in the perimeter of commercialism.

2. Strategy adopted for identifying location.
Answer:
The first action they did is surveying the place, status of the location it is in the center of commercialism or not. And they considered the place because it is inside or it is in the center mall Virac.

3. Type of lay-out being used by the establishment.
Answer:
The 2-storey building is the establishment of Jollibee Virac. It is a clever thing for the reason they have space for those who can’t be accommodated on the ground floor of the establishment.

4. Physical facilities current being used
Answer:
The usual spectacles of the establishment are the usual (i.e chairs, tables, LED screen, the computer to be used by those in-charged in cashier, forks, spoons, straws, the aircondition unit for the consumers to be comfortable) are present and well properly placed in its designated section.

5. Evaluate the reasons cited why this establishment locate in Virac. In the context of the principles unded location strategy, is it justifiable?
Answer:
It is justifiable, indeed because the management considered the factors in locating a place or suited place for the said business.

Immediately upon walking through the elegant double doors, the sweet aroma of butter envelopes the air around me causing me to rapidly salivate. The smell of nacho cheese accompanies the butter fragrance and I quickly begin to picture the many tasty treats behind the square concession area that is located in front of me. Candy galore is perfectly aligned behind the glass case further enticing my taste buds. A perfect temperature keeps me comfortable and makes me wish my home's temperature could be this perfect. One well groomed attendant generously overfills a striped bag with freshly popped popcorn and delicately hands it to a young boy standing next to his mother. Colorful posters line the walls around me, showing a glimpse into what lies behind the doors located down the hallways. The softness of the bench I am sitting on causes me to wonder if I am perched upon a cloud. Intermittent bursts of laughter can be heard coming from down the long hallways as well as in the lobby creating an atmosphere of endless fun. Smiling faces of children, teenagers, and adults quickly pass by me and I can hear the attendant quickly tear their perforated tickets as he happily says, "To the left, third door on your right."…
