Lightsaber
Lightsaber forms are all about one’s personal preference, however there are some forms that are utterly useless to study. Form I: Shii-Cho - The moves in Form I focus on disarming an opponent without harming them. The long and sweeping motions are useful when facing multiple enemies, however, this form is useless against lightsaber wielding opponents. - This form seems foolish to learn as it is made to harm, but not finish the job. Typical that this is the first form the Jedi teach. They have no issue harming people as a warning to get what they want. Form II: Makashi - This form was invented as the Jedi began fighting Sith and other lightsaber wielders. It uses precision, simple footwork, and preventing disarmament, and therefore is a strong defense against Form I. - While one of the most beautiful forms of lightsaber combat, it

Form VI: Niman - This is one other basic Jedi form that is learned in early Padawans. This helps connect the user’s Force abilities with the fight at hand. - Yet another useless form to focus on. I will note, however, that during the Clone Wars, Mace Windu was known to use this fighting style. - This fighting style mixed with Ataru is the best one can achieve as a Sith.
