We can make a commitment to promote vegetables and fruits and whole grains on every part of every menu. We can make portion sizes smaller and emphasize quality over quantity. And we can help create a culture – imagine this – where our kids ask for healthy options instead of resisting them.
Every part of the world has its own culture. Culture includes the arts, traditions and customs of a country or region, as well as the wisdom, values, lifestyles and trends of the people living there. In order to build a peaceful world, we need to acknowledge and respect each other’s cultures. like Indians should respect Pakistani culture but should not follow them or adopt them because now a days we Pakistani’s are fully adopting Indians culture whether it is any wedding or a small revival we are fully getting independent and just adopting new things which are not mentioned in our religion in is that or against it. If it is like this so how can it make our better future. No culture can live if it attempts to be exclusive. But on the other hand as you know that there are some good aspects of all the cultures as we combine them together in a group and they are humanity, brotherhood, helping each other, respect, our rights, value of our decisions our ideas and all that A test of a people is how it behaves toward the old. It is easy to love children. Even tyrants and dictators make a point of being fond of children. But the affection and care for the old, the incurable, the helpless are the true gold mines of a culture. But in my country my culture on which I feel pride we all are free to celebrate our own religious festivals no matter which religion you belong to and we all belong to different religions as we pray as we dress ourselves with our religious jewelry and this plays now an important role and in the future too that now people are not realizing their culture and they are fighting among their selves but in the future I believe that there will be peace and the power of culture will rise by which we will be developed and get united ,terrorism, bomb blast etc. all will be vanished from our country from our world . The central conservative truth is that it is culture, not politics that determines the success of a society. The central liberal truth is that politics can change a culture and save it from itself.

Culture is the power of a man, of a society, of a city, of a country. Because you cannot live without a culture in any moment of your life. A nation’s culture resides in the hearts and in the soul of its people. As culture is in order to build a peaceful world I think there will be peace in the future but by the power of culture. It teach us obedience, give respect to our elders as well as youngers, always tell and say truth word and etc. these are the factors which also play a vital role in creating a better future because we know that those countries that don’t have these things are destroyed. If you do not breathe through writing, if you do not cry out in writing, or sing in writing, then don’t write, because our culture has no use for it. When I was a child, when I was an adolescent, books saved me from despair: that convinced me that culture was the highest of value. The one are the successful countries who has the value of culture like China, Japan etc.

    After reading the whole article, the main idea of the article is the effects of different culture on human beings. The writer analyses it in four points: “Cultural Universals, Culture Clash, Ethnocentrism and Cultural Relativism”.
