Media has various effects on health such as the more sexual content that kids see on television, the earlier they initiate sexual activity, the more likely they are to regret their early sexual experiences, and the more likely they are to have an unplanned teen pregnancy. Nearly 70 percent of 18 to 24 year olds and 72 percent of 25 to 34 year olds suffer from hearing disorders, or ringing in the ears. There’s only one step to having the responsibility for enhancing one’s health, which is become a powerfully positive person, and empower yourself by taking responsibility of your health and fitness.

    The mass media plays a key role in today’s society. From the young to the old, most everyone relies upon some form of popular media for entertainment, information, communication and education.
