In the 1970’s 80’s is when it all starred. Factories were down and there was so many people unemployed. That’s how they realized that prostituting women would help them economically. This business is runned by what they call “Pimps” according to Erica Paterson. Pimps make the young girls fall in love with them by promising them a better life, but it doesn’t go that way. They take them to their home to introduce them to his family. Little do they know they will never go back home. All the family is involved in this business.
