Although my students do not differ from the other students in the classroom, does not make my classroom any less diverse. There is still a broad range of experiences and perspectives brought to the classroom that offers a powerful resource for everyone to learn more—in different ways, in new environments, and with different people. Every single person in this enormously diverse and ever changing system has the power to serve as an invaluable resource for all others, students, teachers and the community as a whole (Cummins, Brown & Sayer, 2007).…

The most abundant resources in the world is water because 97% in the world is water or not drinkable but the 3% of water are drinkable. People live in this world mostly are wasting water doesn’t know how to conserve water. Water is very important to us because if the person can’t live without water. To avoid this, I usually manage my water in terms of sustainability for generating a fresh water to be useful and can be reducible. I have some tips or ways to prevent conserving water resources. And I believe there are a number of ways to save water, and they all start with you. When I washing dishes by hand, I don't let the water run while rinsing. I fill one sink with wash water and the other with rinse water, there are some refrigerators, air conditioners and ice-makers are cooled with wasted flows of water. Consider upgrading with air-cooled appliances for significant water savings, when I wash the fruits and vegetables in a pan of water instead of running water from the tap, I collect the water use for rinsing fruits and vegetables, then I reuse it to water houseplants, and the last I shorten my shower by a minute or two and you'll save up to 150 gallons per month, and I collect water from our roof to water in my garden. That’s my strategies to manage my water for conserving. I hope some people realize that water is very important to us and avoid to waste. In relating to peace education if you have a discipline in yourself you should be more manageable to fight and to sustain the water conservation.…
