Team Ground Rules and Guidelines
What are the general expectations for all members of the team?
All members are expected to: contribute equally submit assignments in time for others to review
Respect other’s time and efforts
Expectations for Time Management and Involvement
(Participation, communication with the team, accessibility, etc.)
All team members are responsible for the following:
Selecting a part for the upcoming team assignment early in the week
Keep all other team members updated on assignment progress
Be available if needed to work with other members on any given assignment
Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration
What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts between team members?
Assignments will be broken down equally
Assignments will be in a predetermined format
Assignments will not require other members contributions to finalize (grammar, spelling, etc..)
All members will be required to turn in a portion of the assignment each week
Special Considerations
What do you, as a team, agree will make this team experience different from past team experiences? Respect for others and constant communication to reduce surprises remove many of the difficulties experienced in the learning team environment.
