Leadership self-assessment: Regarding the four areas of the leadership selected in the previous journal now let us self-analyse them and summarise the results in the following way. This self- assessment is designed or made to recognize and develop the leadership skills they need to develop in further. Depending upon the four areas which we have chosen such as Working with others, Improving services, Creating the vision, Delivering the strategy let’s begin the self- assessment by answering the following questions related to various areas of the leadership.

Statements 6, 9, 12, 14 belongs to the area leadership area working with others it involves the concepts that involves the team leaders to involve with the team members properly and to motivate them by giving proper guidance and by co-ordinating groups by organizing proper communication channels in order to improve communication in the group efficiently. A statement 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 belongs to the leadership area developing of vision which involves the developing and implementing of the proper vision which helps for the organisation growth. This involves in the selection of proper vision and then implementing it exactly by discussing it properly with the workers in the organisation. The reason for the self-assessment in this area is to improve ability to create a robust and compelling vision of the future adds to my Personal Learning Plan, and to present this vision in a way that inspires the people you lead. The remaining 9 statements belong to remaining two areas of the leadership. Now by clicking the button in the column we can calculate our score regarding the leadership skills.
