Leadership Assigment
What is leadership? If we look basically, people who inspired society is definition of leader. Thanks to their leadership skills, society of his/her may follow their leader because every community wants a leader who is leading their way.
Dictionary definition of leadership; a position or function of a leader, a person who guides or directs a group.

Leadership is a basic part in any association. It includes characterizing the heading of a group and sending it to individuals, supporting, moving and enabling them to help accomplishing authoritative achievement. Leadership assumes being knowingly centered and applying behavioral systems to assemble duty and accomplish the best work from your affinity.

Leadership Skills More than 50 skills have been detected that are remarkable to leaders. But there are six authority qualities that appear to emerge as being more necessary than the others. These skills can be learned with practice years by years.
Vision
Leaders should have vision and they should see into the future. They have a reasonable, dramatic idea of where they are going and what they are trying to achieve and are admirable at strategic planning. This quality isolates them from managers. Having a clear vision turns the particular into a exclusive type of person. This skill of vision changes a “transactional manager” into a “transformational leader.” While a boss gets the job done, leaders tap into the emotions of their worlers.
Courage
The skill of courage means that you are willing to take risks in the accoplishment of your objectives with no affirmation of success.
