Religious Failure There are many different religious texts in the world, but none of them have substantial proof that the events even happened. All these religions have different stories about how the earth came about and how life was created, but science has been the only source for proof of how the earth and everything on it was created.
I – Lack of Evidence: "And We did certainly create man out of clay from an altered black mud.” (15:26) Quran http://corpus.quran.com/translation.jsp?chapter=15&verse=26 “Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.” Genesis 2:7 http://biblehub.com/genesis/2-7.htm
In both of these texts it says “God” creates man with mud or dirt. There is no further explanation, history, or anything that might explain the process. Dr. Iain Stewart (geologist) explains how the earth was formed. The earth was nothing but comets and asteroids circling the sun. III – Darwin’s Revolutionary Evolution Theory:
Charles Darwin theorized that all life came from a simpler form. Over the period of time these simplistic forms developed genetic mutations that helped them survive. The genes were passed on to future generations and those generations then also mutated further. At first, it may appear as though there are many different explanations of how the earth came to be; however, with a closer look one can see that all explanations have the same message. Science and the Bible, often considered polar opposites, tell the same story just with different words. For instance, Genesis One and The World’s Biggest Membrane describe an ongoing process of creation. It is clear in Genesis One that God did not get it right the first time. After creating man God thinks, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.” (2:18-19) Immediately following this thought God forms ‘wild animals’ and ‘all the birds in the sky’, unfortunately, this attempt is unsuccessful.
