Question 1: Which user profiles are available for transfer?
Answer: Alice, Ed, student and the Contoso\administrator

Question 2: Why aren’t the user profiles for all of the accounts you created available for transfer?
Answer: we only logged in to Alice and Ed witch activated theses user accounts the user accounts ralph and Trixie where not logged in to on the windows Vista pc so the accounts where not activated so nothing to transfer

Question 3: Why does the logon fail?
Answer: this is the first time Ed has logged in the new account on the new windows 7 system

Question 4: Why does this logon fail?
Answer: the Ralph user profile was not transferred over to the new windows 7 system as it had not been activated on the old windows vista system

Question 5: Is the Alice logon successful?
Answer: No and would not come up with the change password prompt unknown why this happened but possible solution is to log on to the administrator account and reset password

LAB CHALLENGE 2.1: MIGRATING USER PROFILES OVER THE NETWORK

Another user in the company wants to transfer user profiles from a Windows Vista workstation to a Windows 7 workstation, but these two computers are both connected to the network at the same time. To complete this challenge, you and your partner must create two new local user accounts on the Windows Vista workstation and transfer them directly to the Windows 7 workstation, using the network. Then complete the following tasks:
