Kuwaii Education System Case Study

Many different things are happening in the system that is considered to be the outcome of the problem. The Kuwaiti educational system is known for hiring people outside of Kuwait, mostly from Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco. And those countries are mostly known for buying and selling certificates that can cause to a bigger problem. The “teachers” would not have the skills or the technics that are needed in order to teach a group of students or even to teach at all. In addition, they would have a low and weak experience in education that can really and greatly effect the way a student understanding of the material and the information and how he\she can absorb it. As it is very important for the government to have a greater attention to the country’s education as it is the basic and the foundation of every developed country. And the issue of ‘Wasta” is growing very fast in the country and it is becoming the number one problem not only in the educational system but also in every system in the country. Which means employing people just because they know each other not biased on their knowledge and their degrees, and offering them positions that they do not deserve. By doing so, they are causing unfairness to others that deserve that position. Adding to, accepting employees just because their salaries do not cost that much is one of the major problems that is facing the system.
