Differentiating Between Market Structures in Kudler ECO 365/ Lisa Messemer Sharonda Shelton July 23, 2012

Kudler Foods specializes in providing unique and high quality ingredients for the gourmet chef. In an effort to increase profits, the company is interested in adding catering to its service offerings. The success of the catering service offering is dependent on the creation of an appropriate and effective marketing campaign. The market campaign chosen must step up to the plate and make this happen. Things could go as planned but it's highly based on the market team. They have to know what it takes to make this productive so that Kudler can see a profit overall. Kathy Kudler has hired me to review and make some recommendations. This paper is going to analyze how Kudler Fine Foods will maintain and grow with a profit. Kathy Kudler has a vision to provide quality products to others. Therefore in 1998 she established Kudler Fine Foods which consist of many imported and domestic products. Some of the products are fine wines, meats and seafood, bakery, and cheeses to name a few. The first location was in La Jolla, California which was a success and Kathy decided to open another in 2000 and then a third in 2003( University of Phoenix). All three locations were located in the county of San Diego, California area only. Kudler knew they had to maintain a reputation with the customers and they only way they could do this was with feedback (survey) to better service customers and build a relationship. Based on the materials Kudler Fine Foods may be the monopoly of the independent markets in the areas. This market has no competitors but could face one in the future. With this said Kudler has to maintain top of the line service to customers and think of what
