The story of Arthur talks about this great king who may or may not be real but they described how a real true king should act. Arthur is a good demonstration of what chivalry really is. Kings are supposed to be part of the land, the land and the king are one if you have a bad king the lad will be rotten but if the king is good the land will be rich. Three things that chivalry that are show in arthur are Strength, courage, and duty to your land
In Arthur he shows that strength is one thing that a king must have. In the story he finds out he is king once he pulls out excaliber. He does not want to be king but he learns that he must so that the kingdome can thrive in all its glory. “The one who draws the sword of the rock be king” after he takes it he is told that he was the great king son and he is the one to be the next king. Over him being king he learns to be brave and a great king. Merlin tells him how his father was and he agrees to teach him to be a great man not just a great king. His strength makes him a great knight. He builds a huge castle and in the center of it is the round table where all the greatest knights will sit and be equal as he is. He created the first democracy.

Another example would have to be B. Obama “the return of Arthur” his real father did not raise him no one thought that this kid would grow up to be our president at all. They thought that he would bring unity to the countries. What these stories are getting at is that great men start off as nobodies.
