MAHATMA GANDHI vs. GENGHIS KHAN E.K
ABSTRACT
Leader is someone who has the ability to influence people on certain way. In order to become a leader, person has to have some skills or abilities. Through the history there many leaders with different characters, attributes, knowledge and skills. All of them had one common thing: they had ability to influence. Some leaders were better than the others, some left positive marks, some left negative ones and some left both of them. In this paper it will be written about Mahatma Ghandi and Genghis Khan. In advance certain similarities and differences will be shown.

INTRODUCTION
Today we have many leaders in form of company. But behind the company there is also a person who is a leader. Through the history many people were leader in many different aspects. In this paper it will be written about two big leaders in two different periods. It will show their life stories and their achievements. Two leaders that were important parts of history are Mahatma Gandy and Genghis Khan. The paper will show their qualities as a leader, their ability to influence people, their charisma and skills to lead and control. It will not be questioned which had better approach or was Genghis Khan brutal. It will deal only with characteristics of leader and the way they became leader. And both of them had excellent leadership skills, by which today make them very famous persons.
MAHATMA GANDHI
He was born in on 2 October of 1869 in little coastal town Porbandar in India. In his childhood, he was inspired by ancient Indian hero from tales, Harishchandra. As it was a custom, he married very young, at age thirteen. In school Mahatma Gandhi was an average student.
After few turndowns job, he accepted a proposal of Dada Abdulla & Co. to go and work in South Africa. Later on it can be seen that this acceptance was the turning point in his life. In South Africa, he
