Kamehameha Leadership
Kamehameha was an effective leader because he was able to form great relationships, and make strong allies. He made and kept good relationships, because after the Hawaiian Islands were united he kept his most trustworthy allies on the islands furthest away from him. This helped him, because he could trust them so he knew that he would not have to keep watching over them and keeping less trustworthy people nearer to him allowed him to keep an eye on them, making sure that nothing would go wrong. Another way that he kept good relationships was he made the people, who had helped him to unify the islands, governors of the different islands. This allowed for more order and control over the islands. The governors of the different island would help
