EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This report provides an analysis and gathering all requirements and information for the new system to implement on Kahuna Cleaning Supply Company, methods of analysis include interviews with employees, questionnaires, observation, collecting data from the customer.

The interviews will be conduct with the sales, finance and operations departments, in order to determine the most important requirements and information for the new information system.

At the end of this report, a software has been recommended for Kahuna Cleaning Supply that will provide a solutions for all their departments, which can grow their business by integrated all the business function.

INTRODUCTION

Kahuna Cleaning Supply is a family-run business based in New Haven that specialized in commercial cleaning supplies.
The purpose of this report is to identify Kahuna Cleaning Supply major issues related to operations, sales, Finance, operations and customer service representatives. Kahuna Cleaning Supply have a few computerized operations therefore this causes human error. The main goal is to implement a new information system which can increase profit, making ordering process more flexible and convenience for the sales employees and customers, enhance customer service, finance management and improve operations management as well.
Accordingly an interviews and questionnaire survey with a specific questions will be conducted with Kahuna staff in order to collect all the requirements for the new information system.
