Juvenile Delinquency Juvenile delinquency, referring to the crime committed by teenagers between 14 and 25 years old in China, has become a problem difficult to handle for the whole society. Juvenile delinquency occupied to over 70% of all the crime in recent three years [1]. The causes of the juvenile delinquency that can be divided internal and external ones are complicated and interactive. The internal one, meaning the criminal himself, plays a vital role in the crime process. Teenagers who do not have a strong will can be easily affected by others sometimes. Once got stimulated by external factors , they are going to step into crime easily with their own defects in character, bad habits such as laziness and absence of law awareness. Family, school and society should also take responsibility for the juvenile delinquency. Parents, the first teachers of their generation, perform the duty to educate their sons and daughters. As an old Chinese saying goes: “fathers are to blame for their sons’ faults”, parents’ improper behavior and lack of communication between them and children, leave much hidden trouble in their children’s future. According to TONGLIANG court: in the three years from 2006, single-family children crime accounts for 44%, 51%, 53% of all the juvenile delinquency each year.
