Jude Monologue Analysis
Self-Eulogy
By: Judee-Ann Saliba

Thank you all for coming to help us celebrate Judee’s life and share our grief at her passing.

They say, “Beauty gets the attention, but personality gets the heart”. That’s how Judee got me both. She’s one of the people I know who had a very kind and soft heart. As her close friend my heart breaks into pieces now that she was gone, - gone for now, because I know someday I will see her again not lying in a coffin without a breath but breathing fresh air in the wonderful garden of God, because I believe in eternal life, and she makes me to.

Judee had lived an amazing life even though it was rather short. Judee was a great friend; she was the kind of friend that stands by you when you need somebody to

I think everyone who knows her very well would agree with me on this. It was her sense of humor. She was the kind of person that would make everyone laugh so hard that they’d end up crying, her very funny jokes, And in terms of mocking and bullying she will throw you words that you can’t resists to laugh with. I don’t know but she’s a Nice Bully. I mean she can take it in a nice way. That is what I will truly miss about Judee. She could make me laugh when I am really sad. She always cheered me up when she knew I just had a bad day. That’s the trademark of Judee. She always wanted to make people happy. Within our friendship, we always tried to make a practice of turning negatives into positives, and that is what I would like to try to do right …show more content…
I remember when I heard the news I simply could not believe it. Judee was too young but as it slowly occurred to me I have realized that Judee indeed lived her life wonderfully. Judee was well loved and she had done so many things on earth and I’m sure she’ll do much more in heaven. I will forever be grateful to have known Judee. I will forever be grateful that Judee was there at the right place. I will forever be grateful for spending 11 years of my life with a friend like her. All the memories I have shared with her since we were child will forever be cherished and remembered. Judee will forever live in my heart…in our hearts. Judee is in heaven now and we are here at her funeral. This is not the time for us to grieve her death but it’s our time to celebrate her life. Don’t ever forget Judee. She never wanted to see people cry. She wanted to make everyone happy. So at this moment when we are about to lay her body to rest, let’s all think back and remember how Judee touched our lives. How she made us laugh and how good Judee was as a person. This is not the moment for us to shed our tears but we should all be thankful that we were given the chance to have known a girl named Judee. Judee will forever be missed but I know in the right time, I will meet Judee again. We will all meet Judee again and she’ll make us laugh until we cry

RIP Chloe Henry. I didn't really know her that much. We used to go to school together and even though we were both really young I remember your kindnes. All I hear people say about you is how much you cared about everyone and how nice and sweet you were. It's not fair to anyone to have to go through what happened to you. And it's not fair for any parents to have their child pass away. It's not fair how young you were and how many things you never had a chance to do. When I found out about this it made me feel absolutely terrible and I still do whenever I think about this injustice. We all love you and pray for you. You did nothing to deserve this. It makes me so fucking pissed off this happened I don’t understand how this coud be done. We all…

Thankfully, George didn't seem to be mad at me. He didn't seem to be mad at me at all. We were both beside the brush far away from the ranch, infront of a vast river. Across the river was the Gabilan mountain range, which reminded me of the rabbits that I would soon be able to tend with George. I asked him to tell me about the other guys an' about us, like he's done before. Then I asked him to tell me how it's gonna be in the future, at our farm. I love it when he talks about the farm, and the way he describes it is so dreamy. Once again, it felt as if I fell into a deep trance by George's words; I could imagine all the rabbits and the alfalfa, the cows, pigs, and chickens.. All in our very own farm where we have our own freedom. As George…

For the set I think that it should look like a school, because in the students stories the main point is focused around the school. Either they were at school when the plane crashed into the World Trade Center or they talked about the school Brooklyn Tech that they had to go to for a while while it was unsafe to go to Stuyvesant. In the script it said that the actors don’t leave the stage at all. It would be cool if they were all sitting in a classroom or in a courtyard, like we have at DSA. For each character’s monologue, there should be a single spotlight shining down on them, I think that would be really cool. For the costumes, each character’s appearance is described right before their monologue. For example, for the character Jennifer Suri, who is an assistant principal and Social Studies teacher at Stuyvesant, they describe her as “thin, with long red hair... pulled back with a barrette... She wears a blouse, a long flowing skirt, and heels you can hear clicking quickly down the hallway from several rooms away” (pg 199)…

She will always be remembered as a loving mother, friend and wife. I will always remember her as a great wife and brilliant mother to my children. I think most people will remember her as the girl who was killed in the lottery. Which is sadly part of her life story, but I will always remember her as my loving Tessie. Tessie accomplished very much in her lifetime. The three biggest accomplishments she completed was being a doctor, a youth group minister, and a great wife and mom. The first thing I mentioned was her being a doctor, from the age of thirty to forty five tessie was our town's doctor. Treating the ill with knowledge and love she saved many townspeople's lives. She touched the hearts of many young children and teens by being our town’s youth minister. She brought many young souls closer to God including mine. The way I will remember her the most and my children will was how good she was to her family. We were truly blessed to have such an amazing person in our family. All of here were so fortunate to know, Tessie. Tessie and I have many memories together but, my favorite one occurred about twenty years ago. It was when we brought home my son Ollie from the…

I am Tybalt, a Capulet and cousin of Juliet. I am known as short-tempered, impulsive, and a vengeful person, I draw my sword anytime I can. However I am loyal beyond words and honour the family rivalry between the Capulets and the Montagues with great heart. I will never betray the Capulets. On the day of Capulets’ party Romeo showed up. I recognised Romeo through his disguise at the Capulets’ ball. I can’t remember that we invited him to our party. Why is Romeo here? What is his intention of showing up at my Uncle Capulet’s ball? He is a Montague and I loathe all the Montague because they are our enemy. He is not allowed to come to our party. I would have killed him or make him leave the ball immediately if not forbidden by my uncle. He stopped me because he didn’t want to make a scene at the party. I could have choose to disobey my uncle but if I do that he will be mad at me so I have no choice but listened to my uncle. However I won’t let him live so easily I will make his life miserable. I will take revenge on him next time I meet him. Therefore I have a plan, I will fight Romeo at the city centre but I will be banished if I start a fight with him. In that case I will provoke Romeo at the city centre of Verona so he will start a fight with me. When the prince found out that Romeo starts a fight with me he will banish Romeo from Verona forever instead of me. I sent a challenge letter to Romeo for a duel to the death and vowed to meet him later on. I didn’t know if Romeo will show up but I went off to look for him after the masked ball. Instead of finding Romeo I found his friends, Benvolio and Mercutio. After Romeo arrived, I confronted him to fight with me, but he refused. But his friend Mercutio winded me up after that so I started a fight with him. Romeo tries to stop us, but I stab Mercutio. I ran away after I stabbed Mercutio but I still have my sight set on killing…

I decided that the character I was playing was flamboyant and they were big characters in the play which we discussed with the director. The director gave us an example like David Walliams in ‘Little Britain’ so both of us created our own interpretation to our characters but they were so alike and this worked because when we performed our energy would bounce of each other. I believe that we needed a lot of energy to play these comedic characters to bring them alive. Joe Winston agrees:…

These past few years have been toilsome and a great burden. I must speak with candor when I admit to you that the responsibility for this falls onto my shoulders. Every night, I am roused from my slumber by the agonizing decision oppressing me. I feel compelled to analyze and explain my actions and what I am currently leaning toward. Know that I am doing what I think is best for our family.…

Imagine having a love so strong that even angels in heaven are envious. This is how a man felt about his beloved Annabel Lee. They fell deeply in love at a very young age. This great love had complications when Annabel was abruptly taken away from the man and eventually passing away. She his darling, his wife, and his bride and now she was gone. They say true love conquers that the love they shared is eternal, and regardless of her death, their love will last forever. This poem was described with many elements that help illustrate a tragic fairy tale love story. Imagery, word choice, and alliteration are all poetic elements that helped shaped this poem.…
