John Pierpont Morgan was born on April 17, 1837 in Hartford,CT. John was born to Juliet Pierpont and Junius Spencer Morgan. Junius S Morgan was well known banker and financier. John Pierpont Morgan grows to be another well known banker and financier like his dad. Furthermore, there are more roots where J.P Morgan comes from like his education.

What education did J.P Morgan get? Well J.P Morgan attended Cheshire Academy,University of Göttingen, and The English High School. J.P Morgan went to University of Göttingen for 2 years and start to work in the world of banking. In the year 1895 he started his own company named J.P Morgan & Company.
