As a future educator, professional knowledge is at the core of teaching practice. A teacher must know the curriculum, their students and how it will inform their teaching practice. Teachers need to do more than just know the curriculum; they need to live it so they become engaged with the ongoing learning processes.
I believe that it is important for teachers to get to know their students; they should know their students are learners and people.
