Joining an Aerobic Class
Joining an aerobics class has many benefits .

One of them is social benefits . By joining aerobics class, we can meet a lot of new people and communicate with them . This can indirectly help us to improve our communication skills and leadership skills . On the other hand , this is a great chance to meet interesting instructors . There are a lot of things that can be learnt from these instructors that can actually improve our knowledge regarding aerobics .

Next is mental benefits . Aerobics class are the only way to reduce mental stress after a hectic day at work . A study reviewed literature about exercise and mental health and found "consistent evidence from many studies using various research methods demonstrating that aerobic exercise of 20-30 minutes in duration performed between three and five times per week is beneficial to mental health and well-being. Besides that, we can also improve our self image by joining aerobics class. A person's self-image is the mental picture, generally of a kind that is quite resistant to change, that depicts not only details that are potentially available to objective investigation by others.Self image can help us to value ourselves and to face problems confidently .

Finally , by joining aerobics class, we can also get physical benefits .One of them is,it helps to strengthen our heart . It has now been established that physical inactivity is a major contributing factor to heart disease. Other heart risk factors such as high blood pressure, low levels of the good High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol and being overweight are aggravated by being physically inactive. Aerobic work outs also help to tone and strengthen muscles. Building muscle tone through resistance training is about the most efficient way to shed unwanted
