A: 84
Q: Are you currently incarcerated?
A: No, sir.
Q: Would you look around the court-room and see if you recognize anyone in the room?
A: Yes, I recognize the two defendants sitting to the table to your left.
Q: Can you tell us the names of who you recognized?
A: Yes, the one in the gray suit is Louis Caparso and the one in the dark blue suit is Anthony Roberts.
Q: Did you have or have had any personal of business relationships with either one of the defendants?
A: Yes, Mr. Caparso and Mr. Roberts have been friends of mine since we were young children and have been friends and business partners since adult-hood.
Q: Can you tell us of what your business relationships consisted of?
A: They were detectives of the New York Police Department and they provided me with information.
Q: What did you do for the in exchange for this information?
A: I paid them.
Q: Okay, Mr. De ‘Marco, now that we’ve established that the defendants provided you information, can you tell us exactly what this information consisted of?
A: Yes sir, well the information I paid the defendants for provided all the back ground information of Mafia members. I, being in charge of the New York division of the Sicilian Mafia, needed this information to know who exactly I was dealing with, who I should associate myself with, if we had any
