Jelly Smoothie Research Paper
One day my 13-year-old, challenging, “unique” daughter, Sarah, and I was walking uninterested around in the kitchen, and we randomly decided to try something divergent from what we usually do. I thought that we should use the handy dandy google to find a pleasurable, delectable, fairly simple to make treat to experiment with. After a while of scrolling through the long list of recipes and ideas, we found something exciting and interesting, a peanut butter and jelly smoothie! The instant we saw it, we both knew it was the suitable thing to try on an otherwise uneventful, monotonous day like today.
After carefully reading all the ingredients needed, we set out on the quest for our delightful, mouthwatering smoothie. Sarah got out a medium sized

Next, we ensured that we poured the milk to exactly half a cup, and added it to the growing concoction. Then, we scooped the soft, creamy peanut butter into the blender with the chopped up pieces of the banana and 2% milk. After that, we poured half a cup of frozen strawberries, and another half a cup of ice cubes into the blender. Finally, after all the ingredients were present, we blended the elements. Once the constituents were fused together, we poured our smoothie into the tall, crimson, food emoticon cup I had given her one day as a surprise, and tried to think of something to add as our little touch. After a while of thinking, we thought we should drizzle more peanut butter on top of the other mixed ingredients. Since the peanut butter we had wasn’t fluid enough, we stuck the peanut butter in a glass cup in the microwave for about thirty seconds. The second it was finished, we trickled the peanut butter onto our smoothie.
Lastly, we stood in gratification at our work of art. Sarah grabbed two straws, as we walked into the living room to try our new creation. We glanced over into each other's fear-filled eyes, braced ourselves, drank a huge gulp of the smoothie, and were surprised by the result. Our smoothie was fruity, sweet, and sticky all in one. Our peanut butter and jelly smoothie were amazing. While we were sitting there in satisfaction, I realized that I had gotten to spend quality time with my daughter as well as tried something

It’s a warm evening in late October, and all but one has prepared for the great celebration. Today is the day I’m taking my daughter to the biggest pumpkin patch in all of San Diego. It has all kinds of great things for kids to do. Slides, mazes, and all other kinds of fun stuff will be waiting for my sweet little Evie and she’ll be thrilled when we bring back a great big orange pumpkin that she gets to carve into whatever she likes. She gets a kick out of all the little things which makes me flashback to my childhood whenever I take a glance at her. It feels like just a minute ago where I was six years old going to my first pumpkin patch that I could remember ever so detailed . Particularly I remember this specific day where my mom and I were driving to the pumpkin patch right across the street from my first house in California.…

The Marshmallow Experiment reminded me of a similar activity I did in physics two years ago. It required the critical thinking of every member in my group and not much changed in the way I engaged. Throughout the experiment, I was actively participating. I threw out ideas on how we could establish a strong foundation, the methods we could use to support the structure, and other precautions we could take to ensure that the structure wouldn’t fall. Overall, I was anxious because the last time we did this activity in physics, our entire structure fell at the last second. Coincidently, the exact same thing happened during this time around. Nevertheless, it was a really fun activity and a great way to cap of the first week in Psychology. It demonstrated…

After a while, my Sprite ran out. Therefore, I was forced to try a smoothie. I chose to go with the berry blast, which included strawberries—of course—, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and kiwi(because I said so). My mouth was so happy after just the first sip. I sipped on my drink as we continued smoking. The waitresses would come by every so often bringing out new coals to keep…

Peanut Butter sat on the counter, risking hopelessly desperate glances in my direction. “How… could you do this to me?” she started, “after all we’ve been through?” My mind flashed back to all of those precious moments I’d spent whispering my deepest desires to her, both of us sprawled across the silk sheets, elegantly draped over my mattress. “I want you now, in my mouth… on toast, in a smoothie, heck, even out of a tablespoon,” she loved being eaten out of a tablespoon. “I just need you. You’ve seen how much of a wreck I am without you: deficient in healthy fats and protein. We can’t let that happen again.”…

In-n-out and shake shack are two of the fiercest competitors in the ever growing fast-food industry. Both fast food joints are on different sides of the country, yet the debate is still going on which is the best food-chain. In-n-out is a common food chain on the west coast most famous for its juicy hamburgers and frothy milkshakes. Shake Shack is a very popular food chain on the east coast and are mostly known for their simple take on a cheeseburger and their unique flavors used in their milkshakes. I believe that shake shack has better flavors, better service, and is overall the best fast food chain.…

In the last three days the weather forecast was absolutely wonderful, so my friends and I planned a trip to the local market in order to buy some souvenirs. I ordered a serving of stewed vegetables, which tasted lovely, and lamb that was somewhat bland.…
