The movement of people.

Voluntary- People move from their own free will migrant.

Forced (Refugees)- Where people are forced to move. (Slavery, War-Ex. Syria, Persecution)

Internal Migration- Within a country (ex. Urbanization. Everyone moving into country to city)

External Migration- From one country to another. (Ex. One country to another. Work (OFWs), Education)

Permanent Migration- Don’t intend to go back.

Temporary Migration- Limited period (Few years/months)

Push Factor- Pushing us away from the country

Pull Factor- Pulling us into the new country

Economic Migrant- Moves into a country for economic purposes. (Jobs) Moves voluntarily.

Refugee- Forced to move for purposes such as war.

I would like to move from Mexico to the USA because I would like to have a stable job and a decent home to live in. I want my children to be safe, have a good education and a bright future. I am willing to have a lower pay than Americans, new music, new foods, and many others that can make America a much better place.
