Jay And Leigh Carlos Case Summary
Jay and Leigh Carlos own and operate East Hampshire Homes, a small chain of homes for the mentally unstable (Borden, & Cooper, 2006). In this case, they are suddenly confronted by an inspector from OSHA who understands government regulations to require East Hampshire to put into practice a hepatitis vaccination program that does not appear to be required by law.
