Jackson Memorial Hospital Swot Analysis
In this chapter, a SWOT analysis is conducted of Jackson Memorial Hospital. The SWOT analysis will outline Jackson’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threat. These areas are analyzed to determine what need to be improved. The opening of this chapter addresses the internal strengths and weaknesses as well as the external opportunities and threats. Within this section, the four management process are analyze including leadership, control, planning, and organizing. In addition, a more detailed control function is discussed to further understand Jackson’s financial problem. In the second section of this chapter, Porter’s Five Forces is analyzed to identify the possible threats and opportunities in the external environments. In addition,
