Ivanovskaya Manufactura in the last years led it forming in a hierarchy with a big amount of small businesses where there are people that have a specific knowledge for the market of the business. Although, Ivanova should find a new communication medium where the people of the company will be able to communicate and exchange ideas in order to improve the business and make their products friendlier to the costumers. . Of course, there will be a lot of employees that will disagree with this collaboration between the co-workers because in that way they become more replaceable and it’s easier to lose their job.
Nowadays the technology is the fastest and the easiest way of communicate, so Ivanova should take advantage of it. She should make a forum in the internet only for the people that work in Ivanosvkaya Manufactura and obligate each employee to write in the end of the day a summary of the things that happened during the day for the people that were sick or for the ones that had an appointment and they couldn’t go to work. There should be a complete analysis of all the changes and the sales tha tokk place. Another, idea could be a weekly meeting between the departments in order to discuss their ideas, and find the best way to improve their sales and to solve their problems. However, Ivanova has to make sure that all the subjects that are going to be discussed in the company will not get to their opponents.
In the end, is really important, for a business such Ivanovsaya Manufactura, that its employees share their information in order to keep being competitive. Maria should bring a new idea in the company which makes the people share their ideas

1968 was a year of student revolts in many places, but as Elena Poniatowska reminds us in her 68th prologue by Paco Ignacio Taibo II, the only city in which they massacred hundreds of people was Mexico. The chapters in the book are short, in them we know how everything was created: "We lived surrounded by the magic of the Cuban revolution and the Vietnamese resistance", but also stunned by the death of Che, and drunk with cinema, music and poetry. The protagonists did not surpass the circle of a dozen of university schools and faculties, and militated in all the tendencies of the extreme left, although they did not know much of the real working class.…

Mexico was no exception and in this particular year of unrest, they were going to be the first Spanish-speaking developing nation to hold the Olympic Games. Tensions were high and police brutality, hostility and enforcement were prevalently rampant throughout the nation resulting in an escalation of frustration and anger by Mexican citizens. Prior to the start of the Olympics, an event occurred that resulted in the imprisonment, disappearances and death of possible 3,000 students, during a peaceful protest on the 2nd of October at the Plaza de las Tres Culturas in Tlatelolco, Mexico. The cover-up by the Mexican government was swift, vicious and devastating to the citizens leaving many of them uncertain of their future and lives. But in the midst of this chaos, there was one woman who stood up and decided that she would expose Mexico’s corruption and would not let the memories of those students killed on Oct. 2nd be forgotten.
