ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
We have taken lots of efforts in this project. However, it would not have been possible without the kind support and help of many individuals. I would like to stretch my one fold thanks to all of them. We are very glad to have the opportunity to work with this module. We are very thankful to our module leader Asst. Prof. Dr. Weerachai Anotaipaiboon, and our module lecturer Dr. Shreyas Nambiar for guiding us through the module. We are very happy to attend the module that has helped us to get some knowledge and idea on Information Technology (IT). This document basically states our own findings and the technical review on the various sources. Our thanks and appreciations also go to our colleague in developing the project and people who have willingly helped us out with their abilities. We would like to express our deepest appreciation to all those who provided us the possibility to complete this report.
Furthermore we would also like to confess with much merit the essential role of the staff of Merryland College, who gave the permission to use all required equipment and the necessary materials to complete the coursework. A special thanks goes to our team mate, Milan Basnet, who helped us to do research and gave suggestion about the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). Last but not least, many thanks go to the head of the project, Puru Agrawal whose have invested his full effort in guiding the team in achieving the goal. We are grateful for the guidance given by other supervisor especially in our coursework that has improved our final report, thanks to their comment and advices.

I have learned how the MIRDC gives internet connection and sharing of files to their employee through its server. I have discovered that it is possible to use 1 monitor, 1 keyboard and 1 mouse to 8 servers. Server is not only an internet service provider but it is also serves as firewall of your PC. Crystal report can be used to display your report in Visual basic. I have also learned that you can make your own site in Google site that you can be used in saving and sharing files and data’s online, only to those who have an account on Google. In buying ICT technologies we should always inspect the specifications and always have a comparison on its brand as well as its price. The newly develop information system helps the company make their report easier, faster and convenient to the user. It also helps keep and organize the files of the company. I have learned also that you should always browse the internet to be updated in the trends and events in the IT industry.
