Is Race Still an Issue
Racism is still a world renowned problem in todays society.Racism occurs everywhere, most people assume that racism only deals with color of skin, but it goes way beyond that. Racism is something that we’ve either all experienced or witnessed.
As we grow up, media becomes a factor in our lives and it also is a major source of how racism stays alive in our communities.Throughout the country there has been multiple cases of police brutality towards Colored people & minorities. As much as the world has evolved, Racism is still one of the largest issues today, whether you’ve experienced it, witnessed it happen to someone else, heard it in the news, seen it on television, or seen police racially discriminate. There is racism everywhere. How do we expect racism to completly end if all we see and hear about are negative things about African Americans? We are all so consumed in the poor choices some AfricanAmericans make that whether we realize it or not, we all stereotype them, all of them,The color of someones skin does not determine the kind of person they are.
Once racism ends this world will truly be a better place for everyone, everyone deserves to feel as if they were all equal.
