Each system has a value. The administrator computers, teacher computers and the principal laptop would all be a five, on a scale from one to five. They would be so high because, they might contain personal information. The computer lab, student laptops and access points would be a one, because they should not contain any personal information. There would have to be a backup so the servers could be downgraded. As it stands both servers would be a five, since there is no redundant server available.

Primary hardware that must have a backup to ensure availability is the web server and the database server. In addition to having a primary and a backup of each of these two servers a replication server must also be implemented into the architecture in order for the databases on each server to mirror each other. With proper planning and implementation of this system if the primary servers have a failure there will not be any interruption of service to the customer who is accessing the…

My first idea was to create a dashboard that was focused mainly Xeno Sales overall profit. This was a simple dashboard which was to show the user exactly how much profit or loss the Xeno Sales Company has for the year on a monthly basis. This dashboard would only have a couple of graphs that displayed the monthly profits throughout the year so the user can distinguish trends or trouble months. My second idea is a dashboard which focused on both Xeno Sales overall profit and the individual stores and their corresponding areas sales and expenditures. This is a complex dashboard which would provide the user with everything they would want to know as far as profit margins are concerned. This dashboard would consist of customizable graphs which can display the monthly sales, expenditures, the overall profit, the expected profit, and the average profit growth.…

Looking at the network diagram provided I determined that the user, workstation, LAN, LAN-to-WAN, and system/application domains involved in the company should be redesigned to implement better access controls to provide multi-layered security. The most important access control implementation would be the user domain where the company should put emphasis on training; how to recognize social engineering attacks, how to create strong passwords, and how often they should be changed. The workstation domain should focus security via virus and malware scanning, operating system patching, and other types of application-level firewalls. To achieve a multi-layered security approach in the LAN domain I would recommend using an intrusion detection system (IDS) and an intrusion prevention system (IPS) to prevent unauthorized access. Security for the LAN-to-WAN domain should be implemented through the use of a firewall or DMZ to also prevent unauthorized access into the company’s network.…

Peer-to-peer network doesn’t give much security, it’s accessed by small businesses and home networks that are used daily. With a client-server network it can very big that gives a high volume of security measures depending on the users. Peer-to-peer networks are basically used to share files and have access to the printer. A client-server network uses client and server devices which can be used on the internet and LAN’s.…

The role of a Driver Trainer often brings you into close contact with small groups of learners, in a closed and personal environment and for extended periods of time. The need to create an open and relaxed environment is important, especially during ERDT, but this could lead to a blurring of boundaries between teacher and learner. It is important that you are aware of this and maintain the authority to be able to control situations safely when teaching in a moving vehicle environment.…

Duty of care means as a practioner you need to be reasonable to everyone around you and make sure you do NOT neglect an individual and you need to meet everyone’s individual needs. As an early years practioner your duty of care is important because the children are dependent on you to take care of them while their parents/carers are working/studying throughout the day. As an early years practioner your care is important to these children because the children are relying on you to take care of them while they are not with their parents/carers, also if a child does something wrong you cannot shout at them just speak to them in a calm manor and explain to them what they done is wrong and they are not allowed to do it, the children do not understand what is right from wrong this is where you come in and explain what is right from wrong but explain it in a simple way so they will understand you.…

1.1 Effective communication is important in developing positive relationships with children as we are role models for children and we should set a positive example, For example if we behave in a silly way in front of a child when we have asked them to behave in a sensible way, the child is more likely to be confused as to how they are supposed to act, they will find it harder to understand the boundaries of what is good behaviour. Another example if I ask a group of children to line up and walk sensibly to the dinner hall and I…
