investigate some strategic business environment
In Macro ,Hong Kong Ocean Park competitors have Universal Studio in Singapore, Legoland in Malaysia etc. And in micro, local competitors only have Hong Kong Disneyland

Ocean Park can divided nine section, for example, The Summit, Thrill Mountainit and Adventure Land etc, their facilities suitable for children, adult and family, also, Ocean Park provided many show for customer watch, these show is more than competitors. Ocean Park also will have some limited party for some paratially festival, for example, Halloween they will have a haunted house and in the summer, they will have special celebrate events, it is cannot find in other competitors. Because of Ocean Park is many show and many games, so they need many staff to help them service or fulfill customer wants and needs, but working hours of staff maybe too long and that will make staff of Ocean Park lost the enthusiasm for the company.
Nowday, too many mainland visitor come to Hong Kong shopping or sightseeing, Ocean Park is one of the attractions they must go, in the future, Ocean Park will build their own ocean hotel, therefore Ocean Park will become more people to admission and live in their hotel, I think Ocean Park will explore their area to build up more games or show or museum to attract more customer,

At last, i think Ocean Park will change their management in the future and I recommend Ocean Park need employ more staff to fulfill customer needs and want, I also recommend Ocean Park add up more washroom, I think their washroom is too

When you are in the park the speed and accuracy of service is 5*, you are served with high customer service and very quickly, I noticed that the queue in a food outlet was very long and within 10 minutes the queue had become just one person waiting for their food, I also noticed that not one person had returned to the counter to return a product or complain, this shows that the speed and accuracy of the service is perfect, there is always room for improvement within the business but I can honestly say that I could not pick fault on this particular subject.…

One way how to fund money into the business is through the introduction of the preferred guest card. This card promises the customer free parking spaces, no queues, and immediate seats in restaurants within the parks. Moreover, revenues are expected to grow and probably more important is the idea of attracting a new high-income target group. Even though the benefits seem to be very attractive, there are also drawbacks such as rising discrimination and conflicts between customers with and without a preferred guest card. Another very important question to be answered is, whether Paradise Parks is ready to make some changes in the business, such as launching the preferred guest card or if it plans to continue operating according to its…

Allen Zeman, an ingenious entrepreneur, found out and explored uniqueness of Ocean Park, and eventually gave rebirth to the park. Considering closing Ocean Park as a pity, Zeman tried his best to save it. Wandering around in the park, Zeman noticed that the management and equipments of Ocean Park were seriously outdated and beyond ‘repaired’. After thinking for long time, he realized Ocean Park should emphasize its own peculiarity—its distinctive location, and should no longer imitate other amusement parks. The breath-taking beautiful seaside of Ocean Park is a fantastic vantage point compared to other parks. Zeman defined the parkas a theme park about animals, ocean, environment, education and conservation, and invited 15 designers from the United States to transform the draw-up blueprint into a cutting-edge aquatic animal-centric theme park. These efforts finally born fruitin2005,when the park made a profit of 95700000HKD.Also as all the change he…

Even though Ocean Park monopolizes in Hong Kong, they suffered losses from 1999-2002.
