Introduction Malaysia Airlines System (MAS) is a well-known aircraft carrier company that delivers their services to all passengers around the world to ideal destinations. . MAS is the holding company for Malaysia’s national airlines carrier, one of the fastest growing airlines in Asia .MAS is founded in 1947 as Malayan Airways, but it has change its name as Malaysian Airline System in 1 October 1972 .MAS is the flag carrier which is owned by government of Malaysia. MAS headquarters is situated at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang, Selangor. Malaysia Airlines (MAS) operates flights from its home base, Kuala Lumpur International Airport and with a secondary hub at Kota Kinabalu and Kuching. The airline has its headquarters on the grounds of Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang, Selangor, in Greater Kuala Lumpur.

Malaysia Airlines operates flights in Southeast Asia, East Asia, South Asia, Middle East and on the Kangaroo Route between Europe andAustralasia. It operates transpacific flights from Kuala Lumpur to Los Angeles, via Tokyo.

Malaysia Airlines premium cabins and Economy Class have been giving numerous awards for excellence in product and service delivery. The Five Star Value Carrier is being established in February 2008 to ensure passengers are happy with the excellent service, quality, in-flight service, comfort and reasonable fare of MAS.From a small air service, Malaysia airlines have grown to become award-winning airline with more than 1000 aircraft, servicing more than 110 destinations across six continents. Malaysia Airlines also practiced the online booking and buying to make their reservation or purchasing way easier for passenger. With this online purchasing, the passengers need to fulfill their details like the destination they want to go and the departure place they want. The payment will settle via the online banking. Internet user can book their air ticket, hotel, and train ticket and rent car via Malaysia Airlines

The airports are exceptionally complex facilities and highly renowned for the variety of services and resources it provides to both the airlines and its users. Airlines and airports are inextricably intertwined together and none of them can survive without the other. The aviation industry is growing at an exponential rate. The demands for an effective and efficient ground handling system became the fundamental standards in successful aircraft operation and increase in airline image. The directives adopted by the 15 member states are divided into three general models, US, EU and third party models. In the US model airlines independently provide ground handling services to their airlines and manage airport terminals activities. In the other hand EU model, airports are heavily involved in ground handling services for airlines. The third party ground handling service is provided by other agencies usually contracted by airports along with supervision from airport operators. Even though contracting a third party into operation is in itself a challenge; operators have to make sure that those contracting agencies comply with ground handling standards and provide a top quality service continuously. Achieving those standards is one thing but when it comes to employment, operators have to either assume or take the necessary measures to insure handlers come with quality and an ideal price that would match their serviceability. But he had won a reputation for engineering business turnarounds during his 23 years at the oil giant Shell, whose Sri Lankan and Malaysian units he rescued from years of chronic losses. In Sri Lanka, he says, “The Shell leadership told me if I couldn’t fix it in two years, just tell them and they would shut it down.
