Interview With Fresenius Medical Care
I interviewed Joanna Hawkins. She works in a private organization for dialysis, called Fresenius Medical Care. It is in Birmingham, Alabama. She has been working with this agency for 12 years. The primary tasks she completes everyday are, going around to all the 24 chairs that they have patients at and tell them hello and ask them how they are doing. She will then ask them if they need anything, whether that be need for transportation, need for medications, need for help with their home environment, or need for general support. She works with three different clinics, so she only gets to see the patients at each clinic once a week.
