Interrogatories: A Case Study
We are in receipt of your client’s objections and answers/responses to Defendants’ First Set of Interrogatories, First Request for Production and Request for Disclosure. In your clients’ answer/response to Interrogatories Nos. 11, 12 and 21, Request for Production No. 7, and Request for Disclosure (d), your client states that he is not seeking recovery of damages for loss of earnings and/or loss of future earning capacity. This is inconsistent with Paragraph 8.1 of your client’s current petition wherein he states that he is seeking to recover for such damages. Also, in answer to Defendants’ Interrogatory No. 13, your client states that he is not seeking damages for physical disfigurement. Again, Paragraph 8.1 of your client’s petition states
