You are an international consultant specializing in the management of development projects. The government of a developing country has commissioned your firm to assist in the development of a standard project implementation life cycle. The government has developed a draft of a project implementation life cycle that has 26 steps. You are to meet with several of your colleagues to review the government’s latest draft and to suggest revisions in the sequence of the suggested steps. This draft just arrived by
FAX, and you need to review the draft before you meet with the group.Provide the sequence of the 26 steps, starting with “1” for the first step and ending with “26” for the last step. Write your ranking in the third column on the worksheet.
