Integrity: The Nine Qualities Of Christian Leaders
I think this is a book that every leader should have in their collection. Jeff spoke about the nine qualities that define great leaders. The nine qualities are maintaining integrity, finding security, maintaining purity, learning humility, developing servanthood, gaining wisdom, practicing discipline, showing courage, and sustaining passion. Each quality is important for Christian Leaders.
Maintaining integrity was important because it helps a person to build trust and also give others comfort in their leaders. The meaning of integrity is being whole or complete. Integrity is built from a continual spiritual journey. With continuous prayer, meditation, and obedience to God, these are key components for developing character (Iorg, 2007).

Insecurities will open an avenue for sin to enter into a person’s life. By using pornography, stealing, lying, adultery, and fornication are issues that will affect one’s purity or holiness. Many leaders have fallen into the trap by the devil because of insecurities. Because of check and balances, a safety net is formed to prevent sin. Maintaining purity or holiness is very essential and it helps one to stay in the right fellowship with God (Iorg, 2007).
