Installation and Debugging of Rotary Dryer
The installation of rotary dryer should be strict accordance with the assembly drawing and foundation drawing Aggregate Recycling Plant . Before the installation of dryer machine, the workers should check the spare parts and the supporting parts and clean the equipment.
In the installation process, we should pay attention to the installation order:
(A) Draw a basic line
Make the right crosshairs on base panels and draw elevation line; the position of center standard plate should keep the using easy and the base would not be covered.
(B) installed base and tugboat
Level horn location, draw the center line of base and tugboat Gold Magnetic Separator ; in accordance with the requirements of the drawings to identify the installation location of the base; grout foundation hole until concrete reaches certain intensity and tighten the anchor bolts, and then install the cylinder.
(C) Install the cylinder and rolling ring
First mount rolling ring on the cylinder, and adjust the thickness of horn and keep the contact between roller and concave connector maintain with an appropriate gap, then spot welding the concave joint bolt head and cylinder body.
(D) Install the large gear
Keep the docking surface interface without collision traces before installing and maintain the contact surface of large gear and cylinder clean, then fold the two halves gear carefully and tighten the connector bolts grinding mills for sale , finally mount the large gear on the cylinder. Rotate cylinder and check the runout and lateral swing of gear to be qualified.
(E) Install small gear reducer motor
Adjust the parameters of large and small gears according to the packed large gear so that reach the equipment requirements, and then fix the position of small gear and electromechanical machine.
(F) Install the gear cover and keep the distance from edge of the gear symmetry.
